Business days are Monday - Friday
Orders received by 11 am Monday to friday will be dispatched on the same business day.
Orders received after 11 am will be sent out the following business day.
Packaging:
At empresseccentric I want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left . All purchases are gift & bubble wrapped. I use only good quality, new materials for packaging. In the unlikely event that your item / items should arrive damaged due to my negligence, simply return the item within 7 days of receipt and a replacement where possible will be mailed out free of any charge or refund given.
Proof of posting is retained in all cases. All Uk mail is sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Over seas Please email for price of postage etc...All overseas parcels will be sent International Signed-for. Refunds & exchanges are given in the unlikely event that damage may occur whilst in transit. Simply email to let me know & return your goods within 7 days of receipt. A replacement where possible will be sent out on receipt of the returned goods free of charge or refund granted. |
